While the pandemic is behind us, let’s be honest, some of its after effects are still felt, and that’s ok. We spent nearly 2 years coping and settling into whole new patterns and ways of being. No wonder it’s taken so long for us to shake it off!
I really struggled, especially after the masks came off. Everything around me was supposed to be fine, so why didn’t I feel fine? I used to be so motivated. Where had that woman gone…and who was this apathetic, snack-eating, doom-scrolling person who took her place?
It’s been a slow road back, sprinkled by sage advice, wisdom and myriad tools and life hacks. I’ve poured all of this into Fantastically Better.
Even though we’re getting back out there and shaking it off, I continue to hear from women that there are ways they still feel stuck, not quite themselves, not in their groove.
