Ancestral Healing Meditation

As a lifelong artist, poet, seeker and wanderer, I am in awe of the power of creative expression informed by spiritual connection. Digging deep, challenging ourselves and calling on our ancestors to help us explore the innate beauty and promise of our inner beingness can lift our hopes and dreams, which in turn can lead to great healing and inspiration. I am dedicated to helping others feel, dream, sense and connect on their path of self-discovery through professional listening and workshop offerings.
